Insurance

I operate as an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. I operate as a self-pay (private pay) practice and do not accept insurance directly, which allows me to keep sessions focused on the clients’ needs rather than diagnoses or treatment requirements set by insurance providers.

You may contact your insurance provider concerning out-of-network benefits. It may be helpful to ask:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
• What percentage is reimbursed?
• Is there a deductible I must meet first?

I can provide you with a Superbill that contains all information an insurance company will require for possible reimbursement. It is the client’s responsibility to handle all out-of-network insurance tasks, and I cannot guarantee that your insurance company will provide reimbursement. 

Rates

Payment is due in full at the time of service.

• The rate for individual counseling sessions with the child/client (50 minutes) is $120.
• The rate for parent consultation while the child is receiving counseling (50 minutes) is $120.
