I earned a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nicholls State University on May 14, 2022. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (License #: 9114) with the Louisiana LPC Board of Examiners. In addition to being licensed as an LPC in Louisiana, I hold a national certification as a National Certified Counselor (NCC #1658656).

I use play and expressive arts in therapy.

The quality of the therapeutic relationship is critical to treatment success, and my approach to therapy is to create a warm and welcoming environment through laughter and play where the client feels safe, heard, and understood. I serve as the guide so that the work the child needs to do can take place. Children use play as their natural language and toys as their words to address difficulties, heal emotionally, and grow from within.
